1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ZenPayBD, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ZenPayBD provides a software platform that helps merchants verify mobile financial service (MFS) payments received on their own personal or agent SIMs. We are not a licensed payment service provider; we facilitate verification only.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally permitted to operate a business in Bangladesh. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including Bangladesh Bank regulations.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and the SIM(s) you connect. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use ZenPayBD for illegal activities, money laundering, gambling without proper licensing, fraud, or any activity that violates MFS provider terms.

6. Fees & Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may revise pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZenPayBD is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue from missed transactions or SIM/network downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
